Intermittent fasting is fasting for a long term to burn fat. Some people eat only once a day. Others choose a different kind of fasting.

Glucose is used as a direct source of energy and fatacidside is stored.

Fasting can help reduce the extra fat. The body of each person is different, you should carefully choose the kind of fasting you want to do.

Types of fasting

16:8

16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating.

12:12

12 hours of fasting and 12 hours of eating

Peroidic fasting

When you choose 2 days of fasting in a week, it is called periodic fasting.

Alternative day fasting

Three to five times fasting a week and on other days you eat normally.
