What is happiness management?

Happiness management is a key to making employees happier at work. Happiness management started in 2010, companies are focused on resources and making employees more productive. Most of the time, companies suggest accessories to play with during break time, such as a ping-pong table, slide, or gym.

The role of the chief happiness manager is to think about ideas that would make employees happier, which increases happiness by about 12% of productivity.

What makes employees happy is work, which gives them a sense such as their work could help other people.

Creating activities in a company could result to earn informal pressure such as an obligation to do the activity with others. That means that if someone doesn’t want to be a part, he or she feels eliminated the other extremity could be participating too much in the activity and work, which could increase the workload, which can result in burnout. So happiness management should be not an obligation for employees should not be obliged to be happy at work. So they can’t feel the pressure.

That’s why it is more important to use the word health management instead of work management.

Two major factors that make an employee happy are communication between the company team and the quality of work.
